Returns and Replacements Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    1. Perishable products are not eligible for exchange.
    2. Products can only be returned or exchanged if:
      • The item is received in a damaged or defective condition.
      • The item received differs from what was described in the invoice.

Conditions for Return:

    • The return must include original packaging, tags, labels, and all accessories.
    • The serial number must be intact.
    •  The return must be initiated within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery.

Steps to Initiate a Return/Refund:

    • Initiate contact within seven (7) business days of receiving the order

2. Provide Order Details:

    • Share your order ID.
    • Describe the issue (defective/wrong item).
    •  Attach an image and video of the unpacking and the invoice for reference.

3. Product Pickup:

    • Lozet’s delivery partner will collect the product within two (2) to four (4) business days.
    • The refund or replacement process will begin once Lozet receives and verifies the product’s condition.
    •  If the invoice amount is less than 449 rupees, handling charges of 50 rupees will be levied.

Note:

    •  Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, Lozet will issue a full refund.
    • Free gifts must be returned along with the main product.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment:

    • If the order has not been shipped, contact customer support:

    •  Cancellation is also possible through the Lozet website and mobile app.
    • Refunds will be processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours after the cancellation are confirmed.

2. Cancellation Post Shipment:

    •  If the order has shipped but not delivered:
    • Contact customer support to cancel.
    • Do not accept the delivery if attempted. You may be charged for the shipment, and the balance amount will be refunded.
    • Once the product is returned and verified, a refund will be issued within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours.

Applicability:

    • This policy applies to purchases made through the Lozet website, mobile site, and mobile applications (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) owned and operated by Lozet.

    If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the specified steps to ensure a smooth return or replacement process.
